Welcome to Magnolia House.
It is located in Nea Karia village, near Keramoti, Greece. Situated just 4 km. from the sea, with view to Thassos island, this small house with yard offers comfortable and budget accommodation for up to 6 persons in all seasons.
About Us
We bought the house in 2018, as we were looking for a place to escape from the harsh winter in the mountains.
For just 6 months we managed to finish all repairs and improvements and we invited few friends and family to visit us. They liked the place and the area and asked if they can hire the house for few days in summer. So we decided that we can rent the house to guests.
We will be glad if you want to spend some time in our place and explore the beauty of the area and Thassos island.
Accommodation
The house is suitable for up to 6 persons, has two bedrooms (one with King size bed, the other with 1 Queen size and 2 single beds), a large living room with sofas, kitchen with big dining table, veranda, BBQ and plenty of yard space for kids, pets, small tents, or even sunbathing on the grass.
It will be entirely yours during your stay. Solar water heater will provide you with hot water all the time.
Location
The house is located at the end of the village, among agricultural fields. There is a neighboring house on one side. It is just 400 meters from the main road to Keramoti. With car you reach Keramoti in 5 minutes. There is also public transit. More secluded beaches are within 10-15 minutes drive.
